SPECIAL FEATURES
Theme areas - Exhibitors will have a choice to be in the theme areas or the general display areas. Theme areas include E-Business for Small Business Center, Financial, Telecom and the Business Opportunities Center. These special theme areas will be located in different locations in the Main Exhibit area, in order to allow the attendee traffic flow to be distributed throughout the show. Exhibitors can be placed in these theme areas or in general locations. There will also be a special Sponsor area at the show.
Presentations - Small Business topics will be featured in 20 to 30 minute-presentation segments during the event. Select show sponsors have the opportunity to offer these presentations.
Networking Reception - From 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the show
in the Main Exhibit Area, the Networking Reception will take place. This reception is a
thank you to our exhibitors and sponsors. It will be a great chance for exhibitors and
attendees to network with each other. There'll be entertainment and free refreshments. Also prizes
will be given away during the Networking Reception for exhibitors and attendees.
Just before the Network Reception takes place the 5th Annual SOHO
Awards will be presented, recognizing small businesses in Central New York.
